Ingredients
- 5 T of jellied cranberry sauce
- 3 T port wine
- 3 T orange juice
- 1 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
- 2 tsp. finely grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
. Combined all ingredients in a pot, and cook together until cranberry is dissolved and sauce thickens slightly.
. Apply glaze to either ham or turkey during the last 30 minutes of cooking the protein
