Ingredients
- Doubled:
- 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c oats
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 bananas (mashed)
- 1 apple (peeled and grated)
- 3 TBSP vegetable oil
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c milk
- 3 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c oats
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 bananas (mashed)
- 2 apple (peeled and grated)
- 6 TBSP vegetable oil
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 c milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together.
2. In a separate bowl add mashed bananas, grated apple, vegetable oil, brown sugar, egg, milk and mix together well.
3. Bake for aprox 15 minutes at 350 degrees
