Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 oz prosciutto
  • 1 C grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 C olives, sliced
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, roasted

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta
Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and prosciutto. Saute 3 min. Stir in tomatoes, olives, vinegar, basil and salt. Heat 1 min. Pour over pasta and top with pine nuts.
