Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef and taco seasoning
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can red enchilada sauce
- 1 small can chili
- 10-12 flour tortillas
- 2 lbs shredded cheese (cheddar or colby jack)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix Rotel, enchilada sauce and chili together. Spoon beef in tortilla. Top beef with sauce mixture. Add cheese. Roll closed and put in large casserole dish. Repeat until pan in full. Top with reamining sauce and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly.
