Coconut White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb (680 g) white baking chocolate
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • pinch salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp (7.5 mL) coconut extract
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and salt

Remove from heat; stir in coconut extract and macadamia nuts

Sprinkle top with coconut flakes

Spread evenly onto parchment paper-lined 9″ loaf pan

Sprinkle top with coconut flakes

Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into slices
