Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Stir the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Mix in the oil, vanilla and eggs. Stir with a spoon. Stir in the nuts. Fold in the blueberries.
Pour into a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake 42-45 minutes.
