Ingredients
- Dissolve lemon jello into boiling water, set aside to cool:
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- Mix well:
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil (not olive oil)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and oil, add jello (it can still be warm) then the flour. Add cake mix gradually and beat 6 minutes with mixer.
Pour into greased bundt pan or 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
When still warm and removed from pan, spoon glaze on cake:
Glaze:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
You can heat the glaze mixture on stove until sugar is no longer grainy. Then spoon over cake.
