Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb crab meat
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2 T mayo
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 T grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 t worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t dry mustard
  • 2 TBS finely chopped onion
  • pinch of garlic salt
  • horseradish to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard until smooth. Stir in 2 T cheese and add crab meat. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish; top with extra cheese. Bake at 375 deg . for 20 mins.
