Ingredients
- Paper Muffin Cups
- 1 Package Nilla Wafers
- 1 1/4 Cups Sugar
- 2 8 oz. Packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Can Pumpkin
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix sugar, cream cheese, eggs, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice with a hand blender until smooth. Line cupcake pans with paper. Place one nilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Spoon cheese mixture over wafer to fill cups three quarters full. Bake for 24 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped cream.
