Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lbs fresh whole chicken wings (~10 to 12 wings)
- Kosher salt & ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine garlic, thyme, rosemary, and olive oil in a large resealable plastic bag; season with salt and pepper. Add chicken wings, seal bag, and turn to coat. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
2) Prepare grill for medium heat
3) Remove wings from marinade (discard marinade!) and grill covered, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp (~15-20 minutes).
Makes 3 servings (3-4 wings each serving). ~12 Weight Watchers points per serving (depending on how much olive oil sticks to your wings).
