Doreen's Beef Jerky

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds lean beef, sliced very thin
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid Barbecue Smoke®

Preparation

Step 1

Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add beef strips and refrigerate overnight.

Drain beef slices.

Dry in an electric dehydrator or oven at 150F until pliable.

Store in zip-lock bags.
