CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. small or 1 large Cranberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 Cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 Cups cold water
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Medium apple-chopped
  • 1 Cup (can) Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 8 oz. Cream cheese - softened

Preparation

Step 1

Stir hot water with jello until dissolved
Stir in cold water and cinnamon
Take two cups of this mixture and place into a medium bowl
Put in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours
Leave the other cup of mixture at room temperature
Take thickened jello and stir in apple and cranberry sauce
Then pour into mold and return to refrigerator for about 30 minutes, until set but not firm
Take cup of jello at room temp. and mix together with softened cream cheese until smooth
Pour over refrigerator jello
Return to refrigerator until set
