Pork Chops 'n' Adobo Gravy

Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless PORK CHOPS
  • 2 T. Canola OIL
  • 1 lg. ONION, chopped
  • 1/4 C. SOY SAUCE
  • 1/4 C. White VINEGAR
  • 1/2 C. WATER
  • 1 tsp. GINGER Powder
  • 1 tsp. GARLIC Powder
  • 1 T. SUGAR
  • 1 can Cream of MUSHROOM Soup

Preparation

Step 1

Brown PORK CHOPS on both sides in a Large Skillet
Place ONION over chops.
Mix together the next seven ingredients and pour over chops.
Bring to a boil....Cover....Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes

Serve with mashed potatoes
