Ingredients
- 6 Boneless PORK CHOPS
- 2 T. Canola OIL
- 1 lg. ONION, chopped
- 1/4 C. SOY SAUCE
- 1/4 C. White VINEGAR
- 1/2 C. WATER
- 1 tsp. GINGER Powder
- 1 tsp. GARLIC Powder
- 1 T. SUGAR
- 1 can Cream of MUSHROOM Soup
Preparation
Step 1
Brown PORK CHOPS on both sides in a Large Skillet
Place ONION over chops.
Mix together the next seven ingredients and pour over chops.
Bring to a boil....Cover....Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes
Serve with mashed potatoes
