Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt (or less)
- 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, put on crust in center, fold edges over and pleat.
Sprinkle with turbando sugar.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 425.
