Roasted Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 bulb garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 sick butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Slice top off garlic. Place in foil; drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap foil around bulb; Bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Cool. Squeeze garlic out of the skin. Mash with butter/margarine. Add parsley and 1/4 tsp salt.
