Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower (room temp is best), broken into florets
- 3 Tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, coat the cauliflower thoroughly with butter. Season with salt & pepper. Transfer the cauliflower to the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning frequently until well browned.
