Cheesey Crawfish Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic chopped or minced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb fettuccine noodles cooked/drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Cajun seasoning & salt to taste
  • 2 pounds crawfish tails
  • 1 (16 oz) can Rotel green chilis
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions, green pepper, celery and garlic in butter. Mix all remaining ingredients with seasonings til cheese melted, add crawfish & noodles; you may not want to use all of the noodles unless it looks too liquidy. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
