Lemon Bars

Ingredients

  • Sift together:
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • Cut in:
  • 1 c. butter (until mixture clings together)
  • Press in 13x9x2 inch pan Bake 350 until lightly brown 20-25 min.
  • Put in Blender:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 2 c. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Blend until thick and smooth. Sift together:

1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Add to blender and combine. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
