Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 green onions with tops
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
-Cut tomatoes into wedges, green onion into 1 inch pieces.
-Combine tomatoes, green onions and cilantro into manual food processor. Press garlic, add lime juice. Transfer into a bowl and add beans, salt and pepper
