Ingredients

    medium tomatoes, seeded

  • 2

    tbsp. fresh cilantro

  • 2

    tbsp. lime juice

  • ¼

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    green onions with tops

  • 1

    garlic clove, pressed

  • 1

    can (15 oz) black beans

  • tsp black pepper

Directions

-Cut tomatoes into wedges, green onion into 1 inch pieces. -Combine tomatoes, green onions and cilantro into manual food processor. Press garlic, add lime juice. Transfer into a bowl and add beans, salt and pepper
