Hash Brown Potatoes and Ham (Farmer Casserole)

Ingredients

  • 6-cups frozen shredded hash browns.
  • 1-1/2-cups shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 2-cups diced cooked ham.
  • 1/2-cup sliced green onions.
  • 8-large beaten eggs.
  • 2-12oz. cans evaporated milk.
  • 1/4 -tps. Salt or to taste.
  • 1/4 -tps. Pepper or to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onions. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potatoes - mixture in casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees 45-55 minutes.
