Ingredients
- 1-8oz. Box elbow macaroni, (or 2-cups uncooked)
- 4-TBS. butter
- 2 - onions, sliced
- 1 - ib. ground beef
- 1-tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 - cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 - can tomato soup
- 1 - cup milk
- 1/2 - cup buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onions in butter till soft, add meat and seasonings , brown lightly.
Cook & drain macaroni as directed. Alternate layers of macaroni, meat & cheese in a Pamed
baking dish.
Mix soup & milk, pour over other ingredients.
Top with crumbs and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
