Ingredients
- 1 1 1 c bread crumbs
- 2 2 2 lg egg whites
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t salt
- 8 8 8 turkey cutlets (1 lb)
- 1 1 1 c cranberry juice
- 2 2 2 T brown sugar
- 2 2 2 T cider vinegar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 lg orange, zested and juiced
- dried cranberries
- 1 1 1 T butter
- 1 1 1 T canola oil
- cornstarch slurry
Preparation
Step 1
Dredge cutlets in whipped whites and salt. Fry cutlets in butter and oil. Meanwhile reduce sauce ingredients to about 1/2. Add cranberries and slurry to thicken a little.
