Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 c bread crumbs
  • 2 2 2 lg egg whites
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 t salt
  • 8 8 8 turkey cutlets (1 lb)
  • 1 1 1 c cranberry juice
  • 2 2 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 2 2 T cider vinegar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 lg orange, zested and juiced
  • dried cranberries
  • 1 1 1 T butter
  • 1 1 1 T canola oil
  • cornstarch slurry

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge cutlets in whipped whites and salt. Fry cutlets in butter and oil. Meanwhile reduce sauce ingredients to about 1/2. Add cranberries and slurry to thicken a little.
