Ingredients
- 1 Lb Chicken Breast
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 1/2 C Water
- 2 C Rotini Pasta, uncooked
- 24 oz jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces
2. Cook chicken 5 minutes over medium high heat
3. Add green pepper, cook 3 minutes
4. Stir in water, bring to boil
5. Add pasta, stir until completely covered in water
6. Cover, simmer on medium low 15 minutes
7. Stir in sauce, sprinkle with cheese
8. Cook on low 5 minutes
