Chocolate Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (250g) of milk arrowroot biscuits
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling the balls in)
  • 1 tin (395g) of condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Crush biscuits and place in mixing bowl. Add cocoa and coconut, stir together and add condensed milk.

2. Take a small amount of mixture and roll into a ball, then roll through extra coconut.

3. Continue with rest of mixture, place coconut balls on plate and chill in fridge for 30 mins.
