Mexican Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • Can of refried beans
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • cumin
  • salsa (thicker is better) 1/2 jar
  • 1 sm container sour cream
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sm can green chilies
  • 1 sm can sliced black olives
  • 1 medium tomato
  • green onion chopped
  • Queso Fresco (mexican crumbly
  • 1 avocado chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon till crisp, crumble and set aside. Retain 2-3 tablespoons bacon grease add refried beans and season to taste with onion and garlic powder and cumin. Heat through adding 1/2 crumbled bacon. Cool

Spread refried beach on platter. Layer each ingredient in order. Chill and serve with chips.
