Artichoke Cajeaun Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 Jars (2lbs/ea Sam's) of Artichoke Balls, drained and mashed
  • 2 Cups of Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Well Beaten Eggs
  • 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Peppers of your choice
  • 5 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp of Minced Garlic
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Romano Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except Parmesan Cheese; mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Form into bite-sized balls. Roll in Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered at 400 degrees about 10 minutes or until light brown. Makes 48
