German potato salad

Ingredients

• 8-10 cooked potatoes
• 2 t butter
• 1 lg onion
• 1/2 cup celery
• 6 strips bacon
• 1 t flour
• 1 t bacon gries
• 3/4 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 cup sugr
• 1 t salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper

Step 1

mix all together cook til warm and add to potatoes
