Ingredients
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1/4 c brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook carrots in large pot of boiling water until tender, about 25 minutes. Drain off most of liquid leaving bottom of pan covered with water.
2. Stir margarine and sugar into the water. Simmer and stir until margarine melts. Return carrots to pot. Toss to coat. Let sit a few minutes
