Ingredients
- 1 (5lb) brisket
- 1 1/2 cups ginger ale
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place brisket, fat side up in foil-lined pan
Stir together ginger ale, ketchup, and teriyaki sauce; pour over brisket
Bake uncovered for 3 hours; cover and bake 30 min more until tender.
