Sweet Potato Bread

Ingredients

• 1/2 C. + 2 T. milk, room temp
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 4 1/2 tsp. butter
• 2 T. brown sugar
• 1/2 C. chopped canned sweet potatoes, drained
• 1/3 C. miniature marshmallows
• 3 C. bread flour
• 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in order given in bread machine pan.

Bake on Basic Bread setting.
