Ingredients
- 4 tbs smoked paprika
- 4 tbs garlic powder
- 4 tbs chili powder
- 4 tbs chipotle chili powder
- 4 tbs ancho chili powder
- 1 tbs cayenne powder
- 4 tbs butt rub (you can buy pork butt rub at most meat stores)
- 4 pounds pork ribs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all spices together and rub onto both sides of ribs. Wrap in saran wrap and let sit in fridge over night. Next day wrap in foil and bake at 275F for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Remove from oven and take out of foil put in baking dish and put your favourite barbeque sauce on top this time leave uncovered and bake another 45 minutes at 275 f.
