Ingredients
- 1 can of whole kernel corn
- 1 can of cream style corn
- Small jar of diced pimentos
- 1/2 of an onion
- 1/2 of a bell pepper
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 stick of margarine melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tea spoon of sugar
- 1 cup of stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm Herb)
Preparation
Step 1
1/2 of cheese in the mixture, and other half on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
