Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of milk
  • 1 1/2 oz of cajun seasoning
  • 1 oz of salt
  • 2 1/2 cups of gouda (or monterey cheese)
  • 2 1/2 cups of cheddar
  • 2 1/2 gruyere cups
  • minced garlic
  • 1/4 lb of butter
  • 1 oz oil
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 4 cups of cooked elbow macaroni

Preparation

Step 1

(Serves 8). Put the oil and the butter in the pan and let it get hot. Sautee the garlic in the sauce and add flour to the mixture while continually stirring. Once the flour takes a beige color, add in the milk and continue to stir until the milk begins to boil. Add all three cheeses, wait until they melt and in the end add in the cooked macaroni noodles (which should be salted when they are being boiled initially).
