Ingredients
- Stir-Fry Mix:
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 2/3 c. mushrooms (diced)
- 3 tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- Dipping Sauce:
- Sesame oil to taste
- Chili oil to taste
- 2 . tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 . tbsp. White vinegar
- 1/8 - 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 green onions diced
- Hot mustard and chili paste to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix dipping sauce to taste and set aside. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and rice wine vinegar together for stir-fry sauce. Set aside.
2. heat wok to high, add stir-fry oil. Add ground chicken and brown, add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Stir-fry to cook through. Add stir-fry sauce and stir-fry for another 3 minutes or so.
2. serve hot with fresh cold butter lettuce leaves and dipping sauce.
