Ingredients
- 16 ounces wide noodles, cooked
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 16 ounce carton sour cream
- 4 teaspoons instant beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 20 ounces sliced Portabella mushrooms
- 12 ounces Boca beef crumbles
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- Chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare noodles according to package directions.
Combine flour and sour cream. Stir in bouillon granules, 1 cup water, and ground pepper. Set aside.
Sauté mushrooms, beef crumbles, garlic and onion in olive oil until tender. Add sour cream mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly. Add parsley; cook and stir one minute more.
Serve over noodles.
