Smoked Turkey Club Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 12 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • Baby spinach or basil leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly slice
  • 12 thin slices smoked turkey

Preparation

Step 1

Place tortilla on work surface. Combine mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Spread 1/4th over tortilla. Top with 3 slices cheese, then 1/4th of the spinach or basil leaves, 3 slices turkey and tomato slices.

Roll tortilla up jelly roll fashion. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes. Cut each wrap in half before serving.
