Ingredients
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 3 T. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 - 8.5 oz. can cream-style corn
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the corn and egg and mix well. In a pan heat oil and drop mixture by spoonfuls in shape of thin fritters. Fry until golden brown; remove and drain on paper towel.
