Southwestern Cornbread
This cornbread recipe is great for entertaining. It is rich and filling, and goes great with chili.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 10-12 oz block sharp cheddar, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add corn and chiles, mix in corn muffin mix and cubed cheese. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake 45 minutes.
