SALMON SPREAD

  • 16 oz canned salmon
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • Dash salt
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 4 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Drain salmon and remove bones. Combine salmon with cream cheese until blended. Stir in lemon juice, onion and salt. Mix well. Add pecans and 1 Tbsp parsley until well combined.
Transfer to serving dish. Chill to blend flavours. Sprinkle with parsley or onions before serving.
