Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups cooked macaroni, kept warm
  • 3/4 cups fat free mayo
  • 3 T sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 sweet red pepper, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, minced
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add mayo, sour cream and relish to warm macaroni and stir. Add peppers, carrot and onion and stir. Add salt and pepper. Serve warm or chilled.
