Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 C Water
  • 2 C Instant Rice
  • 2 T Soy Sauce
  • 2 T Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Can Chopped Chunky Chicken
  • 1 Can Vegetable Medley
  • 1 Can Bean Sprouts
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 LB Bag Medium Shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a saucepan, bring 2 C water to a boil. Add 2 T soy sauce to water before boiling
2. Add 2 C instant rice, cover. Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork
3. In a skillet pour 2 T vegetable oil and heat. Add canned chicken, veggies and bean sprouts. Heat through, stirring often
4. Beat 4 eggs and pour into skillet over vegetable mixture. Stir eggs into mixture and fry eggs completely
5. Add egg and veggie mixture to rice. Stir and heat until completely mixed and heated
