Ingredients
- 1 or 2 lbs. link sausage
- 12 slices white bread, crust removed
- 3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/4 C. milk
Preparation
Step 1
Fry, drain and cut up sausage. Trim crust off of bread and cut into cubes.
Grease and flour a 4 qt. casserole. Place bread cubes in the bottom. Add sausage and grated cheese.
Beat eggs, add milk and soup. Mix and pour sauce into casserole. Let sit overnight in refrig. Bake covered on 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
