Macaroni and Cheese

A delectable macaroni and cheese dish that is sure to have your family clamoring for more!

Ingredients
- 1 ea 16oz pkg of elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 ea 8oz pkg of Velveeta, cut into chunks
- 2 c sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 c mild cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cn Carnation Evaporated Milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain 1ea 16oz pkg of elbow macaroni, place in 3qt Pyrex, add 1 stick of butter, stir in to melt, add 1pkg 8oz Velveeta in chunks to loosely melt. Add 2c each of sharp cheddar and mild cheddar cheese.
In separate bowl: whisk 2 eggs with 1cn evaporated milk, salt and pepper to taste, stir in mixture with macaroni and spread evenly.
Cook uncovered in 350° preheated oven 15-20 min., take out stir, cook 15-20 minutes more until lightly brown on top.
*Double ingredients for 4.8qt Pyrex
