Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 C milk
  • 1/2 C cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C american cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 2 med potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and slice potatoes thin. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk. Bring to boil until thick. Reduce heat. Add cheeses and salt & pepper. Cook until cheese is melted. Grease 13x9 pan. Put potatoes in pan and pour cheese mix on top. Cover with foil and cook at 350 for 30 min. Uncover and cook for another 30 min or until potatoes are tender.
