Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 300 g (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 pkg.
  • 250 mL Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, 1/2 The Fat or Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise Type Dressing 1 cup
  • 500 mL sour cream 2 cups
  • 1 pkg. Knorr® Vegetable Soup Mix 1 pkg.
  • 1 can (8 oz.) (227 g) water chestnuts, drained and chopped 1
  • 3 green onions, chopped 3
  • 1 large round pumpernickel bread loaf (optional) 1

Preparation

Step 1

Directions Combine all ingredients in bowl. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours.

Cut bread from centre of pumpernickel loaf. Fill with spinach dip. Serve, if desired, with fresh vegetables, pumpernickel bread or chips
