Ingredients
- 1 can 16ounces) Sliced Peaches in Syrup
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Chopped Celery
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Broth (or Chicken Broth)
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
- 6 oz Snow Peas
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Peppers
- 1 lb Cooked Shrimp
- 1/3 cup Toasted Almonds
- OPTIONAL: Serve with Chinese Sticky Rice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Places peaches with syrup, onions, red / green bell peppers, celery, broth, sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar in crock-pot for 3 - 4 hours on low (or 2 hours on high).
2. Add snow peas and crushed red peppers. Cook 15 minutes on high.
3. Add shrimpt and almonds and cook for 5 minutes on high.
4. Serve with Chinese Sticky Rice.
