Slow Cooker Maple Dijon Chicken Legs or Thighs

Quick and easy to make maple Dijon chicken legs. Put everything in the slow cooker in the morning and come home from work with the house smelling delicious and dinner ready!

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken legs (fatty parts of skin removed), or 4 to 6 thighs if preferred
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoons garlic salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons McCormicks Barbecue Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray; layer chicken in bottom. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 7-1/2 hrs.
