Roast Bacon

From Ina Garten at the Food Network. The best part of cooking bacon this way is that the strips stay absolutely flat. We cook them on a foil-lined pan, so disposing of the bacon grease is also easy.

Ingredients
- Any number of slices of Applewood bacon - we prefer to cut them in half, crosswise, so each strip is only half as long.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Lay the bacon on a sheet pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the bacon is really crispy. Dry on paper towels and serve.
